About AIT Ambulance

Built by clinicians. Flown by professionals.

AIT Ambulance — Air Interfacility Transport — was founded by clinicians and aviators who kept watching critical transfers fail on the ground. Today we operate a dedicated medical fleet for hospital systems and EMS agencies across New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado — with a single obsession: the time between bedsides.

The operation

We are a Part 135 air carrier operating exclusively in medical transport — no tours, no charters, no distractions. Our communication center is staffed by certified flight communicators around the clock, our maintenance is done in-house by our own AMTs, and our clinical program is led by our Director of Clinical Services and a physician medical director with active critical care practice. Every crew member trains to the same standard: excellence in patient care — every mission, every mile.
